YourCoach uses Thomas International's wide array of reports to help you understand and evaluate the personalities of your team members and candidates. On this page, you can find an overview of the most frequently used reports, with an example report you can download.
The example reports are in PDF format. You can look at them in Adobe® Acrobat® Reader®, which can be downloaded for free at www.adobe.com.

| Personal Profile Analysis | An extensive description of behaviour covering work strenghts, basic fears and motivators. This report also describes how a person performs under pressure, what a person does to adapt to a certain work situation and whether a person is dealing with frustrations or tensions. | Download sample report |
| Interview-Guidelines | Questions for an interview in view of personal development and recruitment. The questions are based on all the indicators from the Personal Profile Analysis report. | Download sample report |
| Feedback Candidate | A short report for job candidates with key terms, general behavioural traits, motivators and their value for the organisation. | Download sample report |
| Function profile | This report describes the behavioural traits that suit a certain function. | Download sample report |
| Comparison PPA/Function profile | This report describes a given function's demands and analyses the strenghts and limitations of a candidate in comparison to these demands. It also indicates how well a person fits into a certain function. | Download sample report |
